Self health is about the relationship you have with yourself.

  • Do you understand yourself?

  • Who are you?

  • Some people are creators and some people are disrupters. Which one are you now? Which one do you wish to be?

  • Are you a builder, a creator, a doer, an artist, a mentor, an advocate, a learner, a connector, or a storyteller (for example)?

  • Are you a friend to yourself?

  • What do you believe about yourself?

  • What are your passions?

  • What does self-actualization (being fully, authentically you) look and feel like for you?

  • Do you love yourself?

  • Do you love who you are? If you don’t, what do you love? Do you love your friends or animals? Now, can you turn that love on yourself?

  • What is your favorite color?

  • What are your favorite foods?

  • What music do you like?

  • What clothes make you feel good? Or make you feel bad?

  • What makes you, you?

  • What do you like?

  • What do you not like?

  • Where’s the opportunity for growth?

  • Do you limit yourself or are you limited by external forces?

  • Comparison is the thief of joy. Do you compare yourself or your story to others?

  • Do you engage in negative self-talk or self-doubt?

  • Do you trust your intuition? We all have it, you may just need to practice.

  • What are your patterns? Are you addicted to chaos but desire stability?

  • Do you please others at the expense of yourself? (You say ‘yes’ but you really mean ‘no.’)
