Physical Health is how you take care of your body

  • Do you eat in a healthy way?

  • Or do you eat your feelings and emotions?

  • What do you put into your body? Do you drink alcohol or smoke a lot? Do you take substances, pills or other “quick” fixes?

  • Do you regularly exercise?

  • Do you move your body at all (example: dancing (even alone counts), walking, running, hiking, playing sports, etc.)?

  • Do you go to the doctor?

  • Do you understand how your physical and emotional health are connected?

  • Are there health goals you have, but haven’t started? Now might be a good time to start them, no matter how small.

  • Do you recognize that all bodies are different?

  • Do you understand how genetics play a role in your health?

  • Do you have untreated diseases or conditions?

  • Does something feel “off” to you in your body?

  • How comfortable are you with your body?

  • Do you feel strong in your body?

  • Do you have gratitude for your body?

  • Do you recognize that your body changes and will not be same over time?

  • What has your body accomplished that you need to give it credit for?

  • If you don’t feel proud of your body today, is there one thing you can identify that you like about your body?
