Physical Health is how you take care of your body
Do you eat in a healthy way?
Or do you eat your feelings and emotions?
What do you put into your body? Do you drink alcohol or smoke a lot? Do you take substances, pills or other “quick” fixes?
Do you regularly exercise?
Do you move your body at all (example: dancing (even alone counts), walking, running, hiking, playing sports, etc.)?
Do you go to the doctor?
Do you understand how your physical and emotional health are connected?
Are there health goals you have, but haven’t started? Now might be a good time to start them, no matter how small.
Do you recognize that all bodies are different?
Do you understand how genetics play a role in your health?
Do you have untreated diseases or conditions?
Does something feel “off” to you in your body?
How comfortable are you with your body?
Do you feel strong in your body?
Do you have gratitude for your body?
Do you recognize that your body changes and will not be same over time?
What has your body accomplished that you need to give it credit for?
If you don’t feel proud of your body today, is there one thing you can identify that you like about your body?
