How does your body feel when you listen to specific music? Are you happy, relaxed and uplifted? Or are you sad, melancholy and depressed?
How does your body feel when you walk into that environment? Are you at ease with your shoulders relaxed and confident, or are you tense and immediately on guard?
How does your body feel when you pick up that thing or object? Does it feel light, grounding and comforting? Or does it feel heavy, dark and ominous?
Does it ever feel like your life force is being sucked out from you? Who are you with? What are you doing?
Do you get exhausted for no apparent reason when in someone’s presence?
